KB Sports National Championship 2024

July Fee: $350.00
Two divisions (D1 and D2) for each age group (to crown two different champions) will be offered. KB Sports will not allow teams to choose which division they will play in. Pool play record will determine your division and thus each team will truly be placed in their correct talent level for bracket play. The top half of the teams will be placed in the D1 Bracket and the bottom half will be placed in the D2 Bracket.

Team Check
Team Check In Process
Each team will be given a specific check-in time during the first day of Nationals. Any players arriving late MUST check in with KB Sports before playing their first game. A player MUST play in at least one pool play game in order to be eligible for bracket play. Each team will wear their team uniforms to team check-in (either home or away color is fine). You MUST have players Sign up National Sports ID..
ALL players MUST be interviewed before they play their first game. KB Sports will ask questions from the player’s birth certificate and report card to assure they are who the paperwork says they are. This assures all teams are playing on the same level playing field.

Roster Rules
Roster Rules - Teams can have a maximum of only 15 players per roster/team - All players must be on the hard copy of the team roster turned in during team check-in in order to play in the tournament (we do not go by any online roster) - Players can play on two different teams as long as it is within the SAME organization (team name), two DIFFERENT age groups, and the player meets the eligibility requirements for both age groups. - Post Grad/Prep School players are not eligible to play

Forfeit/Arriving Late
Forfeit/Arriving Late to games There is only a 5 minute grace period once it’s time for your game to start before the game becomes a forfeit. You MUST arrive in plenty of time for your games! Traffic delays are NOT an excuse. Make sure you leave in plenty of extra time to get to your gym. If it is the first time you are playing at a particular gym, make sure you leave early to find it and to figure out where it is exactly.
A forfeit score will be 25-0 (which is
the maximum point differential)

Wristbands
Wristbands MUST be worn on the wrist at all times…NO EXCEPTIONS! Wristbands can not be put on belts, handbags, etc. They must be worn on the wrist only. Coaches must wear a wristband as well or will be asked to pay at the gate. If anyone (including a coach) loses their wristband they will have to pay to get into the gym.
Note: Coaches must wear their wristband on their wrist the entire week
